This Privacy Policy describes how Funit Apps and Funit Global LLC collect, use and protect user information across all our apps published on the Google Play Store. By using our apps, you agree to the practices described in this document.

1. Information we collect

Our applications may collect the following types of information:

• Usage data: information about how you use the app (screens visited, time spent, actions taken).
• Device data: device type, operating system, unique device identifiers (Android ID).
• Location data: only when explicitly requested and necessary for app functionality.
• User-provided data: information you voluntarily enter within the application.

We do not collect sensitive data such as credit card information, identity documents, or third-party passwords.

2. How we use your information

The information collected is used to:

• Provide and improve app features;
• Analyze performance and identify errors (analytics);
• Personalize the user experience;
• Display relevant advertisements (where applicable);
• Comply with legal obligations;
• Send app-related notifications (when authorized).

3. Third-party sharing

We may share data with trusted service providers, including:

• Google Firebase: analytics, crash reporting and push notifications.
• Google AdMob: advertisement display in free apps.
• Google Play: app distribution and updates.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. All partners are required to protect your information under their own privacy policies.

4. Advertising

Some of our apps use Google AdMob to display advertisements. Google may use device identifiers and usage data to display personalized ads based on your interests.

You can opt out of personalized ads in your Google account settings or directly in your Android device settings (Settings → Google → Ads).

5. Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure or destruction. We use encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS) for all communications with our servers.

Despite our best efforts, no system is 100% secure. In the event of a security incident, we will notify affected users as required by applicable law.

6. Minors

Our applications are not directed at children under 13 years of age (or 16 in some jurisdictions). We do not intentionally collect information from minors without parental consent.

7. Your rights (GDPR / LGPD)

In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Brazil's LGPD, you have the following rights:

• Access: request confirmation and access to your personal data;
• Rectification: request correction of incomplete or incorrect data;
• Erasure: request deletion of your personal data;
• Portability: receive your data in a structured format;
• Withdrawal: withdraw consent at any time;
• Objection: object to data processing in certain situations.

8. Data retention

We retain your data for as long as necessary to provide our services or comply with legal obligations. Analytics data is retained for up to 14 months, in line with Google Firebase's default policy.
