These Terms of Use govern the use of all applications developed and distributed by Funit Apps (Brazil) and Funit Global LLC (USA) on the Google Play Store. By downloading or using any of our apps, you agree to these terms.

1. Acceptance of terms

By installing and using any Funit Apps or Funit Global LLC application, you declare that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree to these terms, do not install or use our applications.

4. Intellectual property

All intellectual property rights related to our applications — including source code, design, logos, text and features — are the exclusive property of Funit Apps and/or Funit Global LLC.

Using our apps does not transfer any intellectual property rights to the user.

5. Disclaimer of warranties

Our applications are provided "as is" and "as available." We do not warrant that:

• The apps will operate uninterrupted or error-free;
• The information provided by the apps is always accurate or complete;
• The apps will be compatible with all devices or Android versions.

For apps displaying government information, we recommend always verifying the official source.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Funit Apps and Funit Global LLC will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our applications.

7. Governing law

For users in Brazil, these terms are governed by Brazilian law, including the Consumer Defense Code and the LGPD.

For users in the United States and other countries, these terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA.

8. Changes to terms

We may update these Terms of Use periodically. We will notify you of significant changes through the apps themselves or on our website. Continued use of the apps after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
